Chic of the Week: Nicole Richie





Our 1960 House of Harlow Beauty Nicole Richie wore a Halston dress with python Louboutins for the Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscars bash. She looked effortlessly fabulous! She's definitely one of my favorite Style stars.
